Our apologies for the frustration some of the fans are experiencing
purchasing tickets for the Q+PR show in Santiago at the San Carlos de Apoquindo Stadium on Wednesday November 19.
The website (www.dgmedios.co) address is set up to only honor credit cards within the Chile bank system. However, fans using other major credit cards outside the Chile system can purchase their tickets by telephoning the call center 562-464-5557.
Credit card theft is a major issue in Chile which is the reason behind this procedure.
