How To Get Your Free Queen Live Downloads
Log In To Your Account
Go to the Queen shop and log in, using the e-mail address and password for the account that you used when purchasing your album club membership.
If you have forgotten your password or are not sure what it is please use the forgotten password feature and fill in your registered e-mail address. You will receive your password to that e-mail address. Please note, if your account has not been used since purchase we will send an encrypted form of your password that you should use to log in. Simply cut and paste the entire password from the email into the password field on the login form.
Adding Downloads To Your Basket
Once you’ve logged in, click on the Queen logo to take you to the shop and again on the 2008 Live Downloads category on the menu on the left.
You can now add the downloads you would like to your basket. If you have a valid membership there will be no charge for the downloads, this will show once you proceed to the checkout.
Picking Up Your Downloads
Once you have the items you want in your basket, please hit ‘Checkout’. Please check your order and totals are correct and then hit ‘Place Order’.
We will then prepare the downloads for you (this may take a few minutes).
We’ll also send the downloads links to you via e-mail.
If you don’t pick up your downloads straight away, you can also log in to your account’s order history to pick up the tracks.
You can order as many or as few downloads as you like each time you order, up to the maximum stated below.
Free Download Allocation
All customers who ordered the Album Club Membership before the 8th September will receive 15 free downloads.
All customers who joined the Album Club Membership between the 8th September and the 10th October will receive 3 free downloads.
Remember, there are new downloads going up after each show so you may want to save some for later.
If you wish to purchase other items with your order you will then be asked for payment details.
