Adam Strong

Khashoggi

Adam is originally from the North East and trained at The London School of Musical Theatre, since graduating Adam has performed all over the world.  He played a Priest and understudied the role of Anna in the World Arena Tour of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Jesus Christ Superstar and can be seen on the Universal DVD of the show. Adam toured the UK with Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat playing Simeon and covering the role of The Pharaoh.

He often performs with Musical Theatre Supergroup The Barricade Boys, headlining on some of the world’s finest cruise ships and also joined the group for a special performance at West End Live 2018. Most recently Adam has been touring the UK and Ireland with Rock of Ages playing Ja'Keith/Mayor and covering the roles of Lonny and Hertz.

Other credits include: BBC Proms for Stephen Sondheim's 80th Birthday at the Royal Albert Hall, La Boheme at the Soho Theatre, backing vocalist on Britain’s Got Talent Final.

As a huge Queen fan Adam is very excited to be playing the Role of Kashoggi. He would like to thank his friends, family and amazing agent Steven for their continued support.

Amy Di Bartolomeo

Oz

Amy trained at Italia Conti Academy. Her theatre credits include; Bat Out of Hell (London Coliseum, Manchester Opera House & Toronto); Priscilla Queen of the Desert (UK tour & New Zealand); Starlight Express (Germany); Myth: The Rise and Fall of Orpheus (The Other Palace). Other credits; Lead vocalist in Christmas Moments (German tour) and The Great British Bake Off (Channel 4).

Amy is delighted to be playing the role of Oz in this reimagined production of We Will Rock You.

Andrés Quero Marin

Andrés originally from Ibiza, relocated to England at the age of 18 to commence training at Performers College. Andres has recently graduated with a trinity diploma in Musical Theatre.
His credits include; NFL Opening Ceremony (Mass Movement); Beauty and The Beast (Millfield Theatre) (Marc Day).

Andrés is thrilled to be making his debut with We Will Rock You and would like to thank his family and friends for their endless love and support.

Anna trained at the Guildford School of Acting where she performed in many roles such as: Dragon in Shrek: The Musical (Jenny Sawyer); Mrs Fairfax in Jane Eyre (Sam Wood); Maria/Dance Captain in 9 to 5 (Samuel Harjanne); Dancer in Earthquakes in London (Richard Neale); The Good Fairy in Sweet Charity (Nicholas Scrivens). Crystal Leah is a Professional Dancer, Actress and Model based in London, UK.

Since graduating from Millennium Performing Arts in 2016, Crystal has thrown herself into the commercial industry and trained with London’s top commercial choreographers.
Working in all fields from TV to modelling, music videos and live showcases.

Ed trained at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA), on the BA(Hons) Acting programme. He graduated in 2014 and joined AIDA Cruises as a Lead Soloist working on their AIDA Stella and AIDA Blu ships respectively.
His previous credits include: Blues Brothers: On A Mission From God (Italian Tour) and BBC Radio 3 Presents: A Clockwork Orange feat. BBC Philharmonic Orchestra (BBC Radio 3) *Radio Drama Award – Best Adaptation.

Elena trained at the Royal Academy of Music where she performed as Jo March in Little Women. Her theatre credits include: Eponine in Les Misérables (Queen’s Theatre West End) and Lauren in Kinky Boots (Adelphi Theatre West End). Workshops Include: Young Liza in Lady in the Dark.

Ellie Mitchell

Assistant Dance Captain and Swing

After three years of study, Ellie graduated from The Urdang Academy, London with a National Diploma in Dance and Professional Theatre. Her credits during study consisted of dancing on Strictly Come Dancing for The Wanted, as well as performing for BBC Children In Need opening ceremony. Since graduating, Ellie has gone on to perform in Pantomimes such as Cinderella (Qdos Productions) and toured the UK with Chicago The Musical, playing Annie and covering Matron Mamma Morton, going on to make her West End debut in Wicked the Musical at the Victoria Apollo Theatre in London.
Ellie is very excited to be performing in We Will Rock You, and thanks her family for their on going support. She would also like to dedicate this accolade to the late Joanna Reyes.

Emily Olive Boyd

Emily trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts where she graduated in 2013.Her theatre credits include: Ensemble & u/s Madame Morrible in Wicked (UK/International Tour); Ensemble & u/s Jimmy’s Ma & Bernie in The Commitments (Palace Theatre) and Ruth Two Bears in Dogfight (Southwark Playhouse). Ian McIntosh

Galileo

Ian was born in Coventry and at 16 years of age gained a full scholarship to Masters Performing Arts College where he trained under the guidance of Wendy Headford for 4 years. In 2015, Ian was nominated for an Olivier Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role for his portrayal of Barry Mann in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (Aldwych Theatre) - a role he created in the West End.

Michael McKell

Buddy

Michael started his professional career as Michael St James with his band The Park. He signed his first record deal when he was 19 years old. After touring with 10cc Michael parted from Phonogram and his band, Michael went on to sign solo deals with Warner Brothers and EMI. During this period, he wrote songs for Toyah, Jonny Logan and Elaine Paige.

Michael lived in Paris and toured the world with French star Julien Clerc writing Julien’s first English album collaborating with other French writers including Serge Gainsbourg. In August 1991 after a near fatal car crash Michael changed his name, career and trained at The Lee Strasberg Studio. He produced his early plays including Macbeth at the Lyric Theatre London. Michael made his West End debut in Blood Brothers and went on to star in Ben Elton’s Tonight’s the Night, for which he was nominated for Best Actor in a Musical.

He played the part of Lank in the double Olivier winning musical Crazy for You. Michael won the Royal Television Society Award for Best Actor in the BBC drama Doctors for his role of Dr Nick West. He has appeared in many television shows including Blessed, M.I.T., A Touch of Frost, EastEnders, Miss Marple, Cradle to Grave, Kavanagh QC, Vera and Emmerdale. He released his first music in over 20 years in 2010 with the album 'Shower Over Moon Street' performing at The Royal Albert Hall for the Born Free Charity with Bryan Adams.

He made his movie debut in Essex Boys in 2000 with Sean Bean, Larry Lamb, Alex Kingston and Tom Wilkinson. Michael has written, produced and acted in over 30 films including Allied with Brad Pitt, Where Hands Touch, directed by Amma Asante and more recently, Hatton Garden the Heist,13 Graves and the multi award winning Winter Ridge with Hannah Waddingham and Alan Ford. He is soon to be seen in The Guard of Auschwitz which he executive produced and stars in alongside his daughter Claudia Grace Mckell and Lewis Kirk. We Will Rock You sees Michael returning to his love of live performance.

Sam Robinson

Ensemble/Puff

Sam trained at Guildford School of Acting. His theatre credits include: Wicked (Apollo Victoria); Mamma Mia! (UK Tour); Happy Days: A New Musical (UK Tour).

Other credits: Scallywagga (ITV) and Mark Cohen in a charity production of Rent raising money for The Brain Tumour Charity (Crescent Theatre, Birmingham).

Sjoerd van der Meer

Sjoerd trained at the Bachelor and Honors degree at Lucia Marthas Institute for Performing Arts Amsterdam. His Theatre credits include: Electra in 30th Anniversary Starlight Express (Bochum, Germany); Danny Zuko in Grease (Royal Caribbean International); Link Larkin in Hairspray (Royal Caribbean International).

Victoria Collins

Victoria began her training in Ireland at CSN Dance under the instruction of Alan Foley before then moving to London to continue her training at Millennium Performing Arts. Her theatre and TV credits include: Midsomer Murders ( Episode 1, Series 21 ); The Wonderful Wizard of Oz (Tour); Cinderella (Pearce Suite Theatre); Guys and Dolls (Pre-Production, Mill at Sonning); Cinderella (The Compass Theatre); Turn it Up - Sophia Mena (Music Video); Dick Whittington (The Compass Theatre); Magic of Musicals (The Spa Pavillion); She Loves me (The Bathway Theatre); and Sleeping Beauty (Cork City Ballet)

Victoria is part of the Jazz faculty at Millennium Performing Arts and choreographer to DK Produktions. She is also assistant choreographer to Curtis Angus for MAM (Poland)

Phil McIntyre Entertainments has been producing, promoting and representing artists since 1974.

For twenty years the company was one of the country’s leading rock and roll promoters, working with bands including The Smiths, AC/DC, The Clash, Culture Club, New Order, Tears for Fears, Metallica and Queen amongst many more.

The leading promoter of live comedy shows in the UK, PME has worked with comedians including Rowan Atkinson, Dave Allen, Chris Rock, Ben Elton, Victoria Wood, Russell Brand, Billy Connolly, Steve Coogan, John Bishop, Monty Python, The Fast Show, Ricky Gervais, The League of Gentlemen, Lenny Henry, French & Saunders, Peter Kay, Little Britain, The Mighty Boosh, Bill Bailey & Jack Whitehall.

The company has produced 7 West End hit plays: Gasping, Silly Cow, Slip of the Tongue, Waiting for Godot, Smaller, Ghost Stories and the Laurence Olivier Award-winning Popcorn. Recently PME has produced the hugely popular live stage adaptation of Craig Cash and Phil Mealey’s TV show ‘Early Doors’.

PME promoted the Olympic gold medalist skaters Torvill & Dean on four world tours and subsequently they have co-produced live tours of the ITV hit Torvill and Dean’s Dancing On Ice.

PME are also very proud to have produced the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing Live for the last ten years. The company has also produced the live tours of ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent.

The PME film and television division has produced two feature films; Guest House Paradiso starring Rik Mayall and Adrian Edmondson and Maybe Baby starring Hugh Laurie, Joely Richardson, Rowan Atkinson and Dawn French.

Cornelus Baltus

Director

The actor, dancer and director Cornelus Baltus was born in Holland, studied at the Amsterdam Acting School and the Scapino Academy of Dance, the Institute of Stage Dance in Cologne and the University of Music in Vienna.

He performed as a dancer in various ballet companies working in modern dance style, and performed in shows in Aachen, Mainz, Köln and National ballet of Island.

He performed in musicals as Cats, Cabaret, Kiss me Kate!, Hello Dolly and in the Viennese production of The Phantom of the Opera.

In 1996 he was in the original cast of the german Joseph and the Amazing Dreamcoat production in Essen, to become later resident director of the production.

2004-2015 he was the artistic director of the german production of Lion King in Hamburg as well as associate director of Tanz der Vampire in the german productions of Hamburg, Berlin and Stuttgart . From 2015-2017 he was the resident director of The Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre in London.

He helmed Tanz der Vampire in Vienna, Warschau, Budapest, Antwerpen and last in St. Petersburg.

He directed Chess in a staged concert version in 2010 in Budapest and in 2014 he directed -and wrote- Hollywood Diva for St. Petersburg.

In 2017 he directed We will rock you in Budapest and the 20th anniversary show of Tanz der Vampire again at the Ronacher Theater in Vienna.

Set Designers

STUFISH Entertainment Architects, is the recognised leader in permanent, touring and temporary entertainment architecture. Stufish’s epic productions have brought to life some of the greatest cultural performances in history.

Work includes high profile concert tours for The Rolling Stones, U2, Pink Floyd, Madonna, Lady gaga, Mumford and Sons, AC/DC, Metallica, One Direction, Beyoncé and Queen + Adam Lambert. Theatrical designs comprise of the ‘Monty Python Live One Down Five To Go’ show, ‘Sinatra – The Man and his Music’, Jeff Wayne’s ‘The War of the Worlds’, Dynamo ‘Seeing is Believing’ as well as, KÀ, Believe & Viva Elvis for Cirque du Soleil and Steve Wynn’s ‘Showstoppers’ in Las Vegas. In China the ‘Dai Show’ for Franco Dragone, ‘Giudizio Universale, The Sistine Chapel Immersive Show’ in Rome for Artainment and a STUFISH Production of ‘Elekron’ for Melco Resorts in Macau.

Completed permanent projects designed by STUFISH include the KÀ Theatre at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, the Golden Atrium at the Wynn resort in Macau, the stadium for the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou and three purpose built cultural entertainment buildings in China: the award winning Han Show Theatre, Wanda Movie Park, and Dai Show Theatre, all designed for the Dalian Wanda Group. Ground-breaking work for the Dai Show Theatre included the architectural design of the building as well as the interior, set and stage design for the acrobatic water show, making STUFISH the first ever practice to deliver all architectural and show elements for a theatre.

STUFISH have worked all over the world from custom venues in China, to historic venues such as the pyramids in Giza, The Royal Albert hall in London, The Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, Buckingham Palace in London, Times Square in NYC as well as on the Hudson River in front of the Statue of Liberty.

STUFISH has designed all original productions of ‘We Will Rock You’ since the it’s inception in 2002. This new production and stage design has brought the opportunity to re-imagine this spectacular and innovative show again.

Stuart Morley

Supervising Musical Director & Orchestrator

Stuart studied at Trinity College of Music and the Royal Academy of Music where he made an Associate in 2012. Musical Direction credits include We Will Rock You (West End), Only Fools & Horses (West End), Elf (West End), Big (UK Premiere), Tommy (UK Tour), Brian May & Kerry Ellis’s Anthems (Royal Albert Hall, UK Tour), Night of 1000 Voices (Royal Albert Hall) and Love Beyond (Wembley Arena). Musical Supervisor credits include We Will Rock You (2019 US & UK Tours, Brazil, Denmark, Romania, RCCL), Elf (Lowry), Eugenius (The Other Palace), Early Doors Live (UK Tour) and Big (West End). Stuart was Associate Musical Supervisor of Our Ladies of Perpetual Succour (NTS, West End), Choral Director for Chess in Concert (Royal Albert Hall), and Associate Musical Director for Cabaret and Wicked (West End).

Orchestration credits include the 2012 re-release of Freddie Mercury & Montserrat Caballé’s Barcelona, Big, Only Fools & Horses, Monkee Business, arrangements for the Bands of the Royal Air Force, BBC Festival of Remembrance, RAF100, Dame Vera Lynn 100th Birthday Concert, Last Night of the Proms (Hyde Park), Starmus with Brian May, Queen and Adam Lambert and the 2017 Belfast Tattoo. Stuart has conducted three albums with former Royal Harpist Claire Jones (with the English Chamber Orchestra and London Mozart Players) and the original London Cast recordings of Elf and Big. In 2018 he completed his PhD at the Royal Academy of Music.

Kentaur

Costume and Wig Designer

Kentaur studied painting at the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts. Since the late 80’s his paintings regularly appear at personal and group exhibitions. He was the lead singer and lyricist of a “new wave” rock group and later he recorded several solo rock albums. Kentaur started his theatre career as a graphic designer, and later transitioned into set and costume design. Since 1990 he has worked at all major Hungarian drama theatres. He’s worked extensively for musical, opera and ballet productions all over Europe and overseas, as well as for television and movie productions. He was the first set designer in Hungary to use interactive, live video- techniques on stage. His international career started in 1995 when Sir Cameron Mackintosh invited him to make new set designs for his international productions of MISS SAIGON, THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, OLIVER!, MARTIN GUERRE and LES MISERABLES. Kentaur was the set and costume designer of several musical productions in the UK such as PETER PAN, FOOTLOOSE and RENT. The later was Kentaur’s West End debut as a set designer in 2002. He became the first-ever production designer entrusted to make a new stage design for THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA (2003), BEAUTIFUL GAME (2005), SHREK (2016) and WE WILL ROCK YOU (2017) for their staging in Hungary. He dreamt up set designs for successful ballet productions such as COPPELIA for Wiener Staatsoper (2006) and SNOW WHITE in Hungary (2004), Estonia (2008), Russia (2013) and Australian tour (2014), Bolsoj Theatre Moscow (2019), Ujszeged Open Air Stage (2019). In 2006 he created a picturesque, magical realistic set and costume design for Roman Polanski’s cult musical of DANCE OF THE VAMPIRES introduced in Budapest (2007), Vienna (2009, 2017), Antwerp (2010), Saint-Petersburg (2011) and Moscow (2016). Kentaur was the set and costume designer for the new international musical production HOLLYWOOD DIVA in Saint-Petersburg (2014).

As well as the costume designer of MASTER AND MARGARITA in Saint-Petersburg (2014) and Moscow (2015). In 2016 he designed grandiose sets for the SHREK musical production at the Budapest Arena. He gave a new visual look for the sets and costumes of WE WILL ROCK YOU in Budapest (2017) and at the Szeged Open Air Theatre (one of the biggest open air stages of Europe), as well as for the costumes of the new WWRY UK and Ireland Tour production. The State of Hungary awarded Kentaur with the prestigious Jászai Mari Award in 2007 and in 2013 he got the Honorable Artist Price for his contributions to theatre art. Since 2008 he is the Chairman of the Hungarian Stage and Costume Designer Association.

Douglas is a Production and Lighting Designer working internationally across a wide cross section of the industry. His clients include: Jarvis Cocker, Rolls Royce, Sergio Pizzorno, Gives and Hawkes, The Royal Academy of Dance, Vivienne Westwood, Jaguar Land Rover, Adele (with Immersive Cult), Imagination and numerous other artists, brands, theatre companies and private clients.

David Martin

After training in Stage Management at Rose Bruford, David moved into the casting department at Shed Productions working on such classic series as BAD GIRLS and FOOTBALLERS’ WIVES. Most recently David has been working on Various UK and American television productions including SNATCH, DAS BOOT 2, SCOTT & BAILEY and the Channel Four series, ACKLEY BRIDGE.

Theatre credits include the recent UK Tour of EARLY DOORS and productions at the Octagon Theatre Bolton.
