A Day At The Races

A Day At The Races
This album demonstrates the sheer brilliance and musicianship of Queen, with complex arrangements for songs like ‘Millionaire Waltz’, the gospel flavoured hit ‘Somebody To Love’ to the simple yet stunning ‘You Take My Breath Away’. The first album recorded without Roy Thomas Baker is a triumph. ‘Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy’ was a top twenty hit when released on Queen’s 1st E.P. ‘Tie Your Mother Down’, subsequently became a staple of the live act.
