News Of The World
Recorded at the height of punk rock, Queen stripped down to basics for this album and removed the lush production values of previous efforts. NOTW opens with two tracks, We Will Rock You and We Are The Champions, which were to become stadium favourites both in the music and sporting arenas throughout the World. NOTW also features the first-take track ‘Sleeping on the Sidewalk’ and the exceptional ‘It’s Late’, as well as a striking cover design by the famous Science Fiction artist Frank Kelly Freas.
