EMI Records Limited("EMI") respects the privacy concerns of the visitors to thisWeb site. As a general policy, no personal information is automaticallycollected from users of the site. In the event that we do collect anypersonally identifiable data about visitors to this site, that informationis only collected on a voluntary basis, and it is only known to EMI [and,with respect to certain information, the relevant artist and their management].

Personally identifiableinformation may be collected by EMI when Web Site visitors voluntarilyprovide this information (including when visitors fill out contest entryforms, subscribe to newsletters/artist information bulletins or participatein other types of promotions). All such personal information is retainedby EMI and is not sold or otherwise transferred outside the company unlesswe obtain the user’s express consent to do so or if we are required bylaw or by court/governmental order to disclose such information in a particularcircumstance. This information is used by EMI for internal marketing andpromotional purposes, in order to better understand the use of our sitesand to support promotions included on these sites, as well as to enhanceuser enjoyment during the on-line experience. We sometimes also use e-mail addressesand other personally identifying information to contact visitors who communicatewith us. EMI encourages parentsand guardians to spend time online with their children and to participatein the interactive activities offered on this site. Thesetools can also prevent children from disclosing their name, address, andother personal information online without parental permission.
Activities on thissite are carried out in compliance with the Federal Children’s OnlinePrivacy Protection Act.
