New Shibuya Freddie Mercury Range For Japan Store

A new range of Freddie Mercury merchandise designed by artist and illustrator Tadaomi Shibuya will be released on November 12, 2021 (Friday).

The range is based on the iconic photograph of Freddie Mercury taken at Wembley Stadium in 1986 which has been re-imagined by world-renowned artist and illustrator Tadaomi Shibuya and will be on sale at Universal Music's official online store and at "Queen 50" The Anniversary Exhibition from 10:00 on November 12, 2021.

Using the linear artwork that is characteristic of Mr. Shibuya, Freddie's energy and the dynamism of his performance are expressed.

This range is available as a T-shirt, a long-sleeved T-shirt, and as a piece of canvas art.

In addition, the new Queen Japanese handy fan designed by "Kamawanu" (below) will also be on sale from the same day at the official online store of Universal Music and the "Queen 50th Anniversary Exhibition".

The previously sold-out Yunomi and tote bag are now re-stocked and available at the Universal Music Store.
